摘要
目的探讨经外周动静脉双管同步换血术治疗新生儿RH溶血病的疗效。方法选择12例RH溶血病新生儿作为分析病案,回顾性分析患儿的临床资料,对比各指标在换血前后的变化,观察疾病转归,探讨治疗效果。结果患儿经过换血后,其体内血清总胆红素、间接胆红素、白细胞和血小板水平下降,血糖水平升高,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),换血后血红蛋白水平稍下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血钙水平无明显变化。结论外周动静脉双管同步换血术治疗RH溶血病疗效显著,内环境稳定,不良反应小,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of peripheral arteriovenous synchronous exchange transfusion on newborns with RH hemolytic disease. Methods Twelve newborns with RH hemolytic disease were selected. Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Comparison was made in the changes of each index before and after the transfusion. The prognosis of disease was observed and the curative effects were discussed. Results After the ex-change transfusion, the levels of total bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, leukocyte, and platelet of these newborns de-creased, while the level of blood sugar increased. There were significant differences between before and after the treatment （P〈0.05）. The levels of hemoglobin decreased slightly, but the differences were not significant （P〉0.05）. There was no change of the level of blood calcium. Conclusion Peripheral arteriovenous synchronous exchange trans-fusion has significantly curative effect on newborns with RH hemolytic disease and the adverse reaction is mild, which is worthy to be promoted.
