各规划水平年间网络改造方案的优化方法

摘要 对于中长期电网规划 ,通常考虑各规划水平年的网络优化计算。这就存在一个从现有网络到最终最优网络过渡问题。为确定实际工程中各规划水平年间的网络改造方案 ,提出通过比较两相邻规划水平年的网络 ,确定待选线路集 ;通过交替选配、潮流计算及各新增支路综合有效度的计算 ,确定出各规划水平年间新增电力设施的投建顺序的优化方法。由此确定出的改造方案 。 Network optimization is normally calculated for each planning level year in medium and long term power system development planning. Therefore, the transition scheme from present to final network configuration is a problem. The optimization method to plan the network transition scheme between planning level years is an important problem to be solved. The optimization method proposed here compares the network configuration schemes of two neighboring planning level years to determine selectable line sets. It calculates, by means of the alternative location allocation method, the load flow and comprehensive effectiveness for each new line to decide the installation sequence of new equipment. Consequently, the obtained transition schemes between every two neighboring planning level years will ensure an effective investment for electric power and the best development of whole system.
