张力减径是热轧无缝钢管生产中不可缺少的一道轧制工序,钢管在经过减径机后容易出现一些质量缺陷。文章详细介绍了钢管在张力减径后容易产生质量缺陷及其形成原因和预防。
It is an essential rolling process in the productions of hot - rolled seamless tubes to stretch reducing and there are easily some quality defects of tubes through reducing mill. In the paper, the prevention and causes for quality de-fects of stretch reducing tubes are introduced in detail.
