摘要
针对五自由度无轴承电机驱动系统需多DSP协调工作,以实现各驱动控制单元的数据通讯与多驱动协调输出的问题,以其驱动模型为研究对象,提出双口RAM共享存储器方式实现了双DSP间数据同步传输以及驱动输出协调工作的驱动控制系统,实验结果表明该系统能够实现五自由度无轴承电机旋转与悬浮控制的多驱动协调输出,并验证了其有效性。
DuaI-DSP cooperative control units needed for 5-DOF bearing-less motor, base on its driving model, the drive system of communication between dual-DSP was designed with a shared memory mode by dual-port RAM, the data communications between dual-DSP and multiple drive coordinated outputs was a- chieved with the drive system. The experimental results show that the drive system can realize multiple drive coordinated outputs of 5-DOF bearingless motor torque and suspension, the efficacy is proven.
