摘要 柴1HF井是中石化实施非常规战略后在西部新区所钻的第1口评价井。柴窝堡地区是典型的山前高陡构造区,近年来在该区块先后施工了多口井,但是复杂情况频频发生,勘探与开发进程一度终止。通过使用铝胺抑制防塌钻井液体系,采用多元强化抑制-双重封堵防塌-合理密度支撑措施,结合相应的现场维护处理工艺,电测一次成功率100%;下套管顺利到底,二开井径平均扩大率为8.5%。三开井径平均扩大率为4.93%,井身质量良好;同该地区其他已完钻井相比,柴1HF井井径均匀,井径扩大率小,复杂情况得到解决,为西部新区的开发积累了经验。 The well of Chai1HF was the first evaluation well in west new district after the Unconventional Stratagem was implemented.Chaiwobao area was located in piedmont high and steep structure.Downhole problems were often encountered.Aluminum and amine inhibition drilling fluids system based on the mechanism of inhibition strengthening,double sealing and caving prevention,reasonable density was applied,and had obtained success on casing and logging.The borehole quality was fine and the wellbore diameter enlargement rate was small.
