摘要
以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)等单体为原料,通过无皂乳液聚合技术,合成了CaCl2无土相钻井液用降滤失剂SPH-F,采用红外光谱和粒径分析仪对SPH-F进行结构表征,并研究了SPH-F对CaCl2无土相钻井液流变及滤失性能的影响 结果表明,降滤失剂SPH-F粒径分布在0.2~1 μm之间,在CaCl2含量为25%的无土相钻井液中,SPH-F加量为2%时,高温高压滤失量(120~130℃)可控制在10.0 mL以内;SPH-F加量为3%时还可以同时起到降滤失和改善钻井液触变性的作用.初步探讨了SPH-F的作用机理.
A calcium chloride clay-free drilling fluid agent SPH-F was synthesised using styrene(St) and butyl acrylate(BA) as the raw materials by soap-free emulsion polymerization technology.IR and laser particle sizer were used to characterize the structure of SPH-F.Its influence on rheology and filtration performance of CaCl_2 clay-free drilling fluids was also studied.Results showed that the particle distribution of SPH-F was between 0.2-1 μm,the HTHP filtration at 120-130℃ is below 10 mL in 25%CaCl_2 solid-free drilling fluids with 2%SPH-F,the filter loss was reduced and thixotropic property was better with 3%SPH-F.The mechanism of SPH-F was also discussed.
