摘要
提出了一种新型的C型金属阻尼辐及其与滑动摩擦相组合的新型支座,其金属阻尼辐采用普通Q345B材料制作,价格低廉。对C型金属阻尼辐和C型阻尼辐与滑动摩擦组合支座分别进行了水平25%设计位移、50%设计位移、100%设计位移下6圈的反复加载试验,并对其进行了120%设计位移下单圈超载位移试验,另对阻尼辐进行了11圈水平疲劳试验。试验结果分析表明,C型阻尼辐及其与滑动摩擦相组合的支座具有较高的阻尼性能,阻尼特性稳定,并具有良好的弹塑性变形能力。通过对其100%设计位移的滞回特性曲线分析,前者的力学模型可以采用双线性模型,后者可以采用多线性模型,但后者在设计及制作上有待进一步改进。
A new type of C shape steel damper element and new bearing combined with it and sliding friction are presented in this paper,which is made of Q345B , and its price is low. For them, quasi-static cyclic test with six circles about 25% level design displacement,50% design displacement, and 100% design displacement were performed, one circle test about 120% design displacement was also done. For the C shape steel damper element, fatigue test with 11 circles was done. Test results show that they are of high damping performance, stable damping characteristics, and has good elastic-plastic deformation ability. By analyzing hysteresis loops at the stage of 100% design displacement, double linear model can be adopted for C shape steel damper element, multi-linear model can be represented for the bearing combined with C shape steel damper element and sliding friction, but the latter should be further improved in making and designing.
