摘要
目的:评价耳廓前侧皮肤软组织缺损采取耳后皮瓣下穿法修复治疗的临床效果。方法:对17例耳廓前侧肿物切除术后患者,采用耳后皮瓣修复耳廓前皮肤软组织缺损。结果:本组17者术后皮瓣存活好,无坏死,术后7天拆线术后平均随访6个月,肿物无复发,耳廓外观及皮肤色泽良好,患者满意。结论:耳后带蒂皮瓣下穿法转移能很好的修复耳廓前侧皮肤缺损,具有术后瘢痕小,色泽质地与周围皮肤接近,供区隐蔽的优点,取得满意效果。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the retroauricular flap subcutaneously transfer therapy for cutaneous deficiency in front of aural region. Methods 17 patients with tumor in front of aural region were treated with the retroauricular flap subcutaneously transfer therapy to repair the defect tissue. Results Dermal sutures out at 7 days after operation.All 17 cases healed. And they were followed up for 6 months.No tumor recurrence.The shape and color of ears were satisfactory. Conclusion It is an optimal and reliable treatment for cutaneous deficiency in front of aural region with retroauricular pedicle flap subcutaneously transfer therapy.
