摘要
以聚酯生产为应用背景 ,用中、高粘糖浆作模拟物料 ,通过扭矩法测量了卧式双轴圆盘反应器的搅拌功率 P0 回归出 P与搅拌转速、物料粘度、装料量、圆盘桨数量 ,以及在圆盘桨边缘设置横向刮刀等诸多因素之间的定量影响关系 ,得到了统一的功率关联式。
Upon the background of PET production, a new horizontal twin-axis disc-ring reactor is proposed. First, the stirring power of this type of reactor, P, is measured in this paper by use of the torquemeter, with syrup as the simulated mass. The relationships between P and different operation conditions are investigated, such as the rotating speed, the mass′s viscosity and amount hold in the reactor, the numbers of the discs mounted on the shafts and the scrapers fixed the edge of the disc, and so on. At last, the united correlative equation is obtained, which is very useful for the scale-up test of this reactor.
