组合式把持器在硅铁电炉生产中的改进和实践

摘要 为保证矿热炉组合把持器运行顺畅,分析了在硅铁生产时组合式电极把持器发生筋片事故的原因,并结合12.5 MVA电炉技改经验,采用12组导电元件替代原来10组元件,改造后提高了电炉产量,降低了产品冶炼单耗,提高了设备的运转率,为行业内组合式把持器的电炉改造提供了值得借鉴的经验。 In order to ensure the smooth operation of the submerged arc furnace combined electrode holder, this paper analyzed the reason of webs accident in ferrosilicon production, combined technically improvement experience of 12.5 MVA furnace, using 12 groups of conductive element instead of the original 10 groups of components. After reform, it improved the electric furnace production, reduced the unit smelting consumption of the products, improved the operation rate of equipment. It provides a good example for the combined electrode holder transformation of the industry.
