摘要
老挝钾盐矿属地下埋藏型可溶性固体钾盐矿矿床,主要成分为光卤石和石盐。试验采用钾盐矿分解—正浮选工艺制备氯化钾,分别考察了药剂用量、浮选浓度、浮选温度对钾回收率、氯化钾品位的影响。结果表明,最优工艺条件为浮选浓度为30%、药剂量80 g/t、浮选温度为常温。在40℃下进行闭路试验,钾盐矿正浮选工艺的钾收率88.39%,再浆洗涤后氯化钾含量大于96%,氯化钾品位达到国家标准。
Laos solid potash mine is buried in the ground,the main ingredient is carnallite and sodium chloride. The test uses decomposition—positive flotation processing technology to produce potassium chloride. The effects of dosage,flotation concentration and flotation temperature on grade of potassium chloride and recovery are studied and the results show that the optimum conditions for the flotation concentration is 30%,the dosage is 80 g / t. At 40 ℃ for closed- circuit test,The yield of potassium flotation process is 88. 39%,and the content of potassium chloride of washed pulp of product is more than 96%,which meet the national standard.
