摘要
【目的】分析尿路致病性大肠杆菌(uropathogenic Escherichia coli,UPEC)粘附素基因iha与细菌生物膜形成的关系,探索细菌生物膜形成机制。【方法】采用结晶紫染色法检测临床分离的50株UPEC形成生物膜的能力,分别从生物膜阳性组与阴性组PCR扩增iha基因,比较两组iha阳性率的差异。【结果】50株UPEC中34株能够形成生物膜。生物膜阳性组与阴性组中iha基因分布率分别为85.29%和56.25%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。【结论】UPEC形成生物膜是比较普遍的现象,粘附素基因iha与细菌形成生物膜存在相关性。
[ Objective ] To study the correlation between biofilm forming ability and adhesin gene iha of uropathogenic Eschetichia coil (UPEC) strains. [ Methods ] The biofilm formation of fifty UPEC strains was measured in 96 wells plate by crystal violet stain, iha was amplified by PCR from biofilm positive and negative strains, and the differences of iha distribution between both groups were compared by statistics. [Results] Thirty-four isolates were biofilm positive strains. The prevalence levels of iha were 85.29% and 56.25% in biofilm positive and negative strains, respectively (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion ] The biofilm formation of UPEC is a universal phenomenon, and the correlation is found between biofilm formation and iha possession of UPEC strains.
