摘要
活塞是发动机的关键零部件,活塞的轻量化对发动机性能具有重要意义。本文首先总结了几种主要参数对于发动机活塞轻量化的影响和工作原理,并且列举了不同方面的发动机活塞轻量化实例,然后讨论了近年来发动机活塞轻量化的研究现状,最后在综合对比分析的基础上,提出了未来发动机活塞轻量化的发展思路。
Piston is the key parts of the engine.Lightweight pistons have important significance on the engine performance.This paper summarizes several main parameters that influence the engine piston weight and the principle of work,and lists the engine piston lightening examples in different aspects,and then discusses the research status of engine piston lightening in recent years.Finally,the development mentality of engine piston lightening future is proposed based on the analysis and comparison.
