摘要
介绍了烧结主抽风机三种现场常见故障的诊断方法,在不拆卸风机叶轮的情况下,应用矢量图解法解决风机转子动平衡问题,在现场实践中取得了良好的效果。
This paper introduces the diagnosing method for three common failures of main sintering ventilation on site. Without dismantling fan impeller, the vectorgraph method is applied to solve the problem of rotor dynamic balance, which achieved good effect in the practice on site.
