缺氧诱导因子1在卵巢癌中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 1988年研究人员在研究低氧和低氧诱导的促红细胞生成素(EPO)基因表时发现了低氧对基因表达的作用,随后于1995年Wang等和Semenza等发现了缺氧诱导因子1(hypoxia-inducible factor-1,HIF-1)转录因子和低氧反应元件(HRE)。
