摘要
目的:检测白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)及单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)在椎间盘突出症患者退变椎间盘组织中的表达变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法:采用ELISA技术和RT-PCR技术检测在50例退变椎间盘组织(实验组)和20例正常椎间盘组织(对照组)中IL-6、IL-10及MCP-1的表达变化,并观察IL-6、IL-10及MCP-1的表达与椎间盘突出程度的关系。结果:IL-6、IL-10及MCP-1在椎间盘突出症患者退变椎间盘组织中表达水平明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且在后外层纤维环破裂型中的表达高于纤维环完整型,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炎症因子IL-6、IL-10及MCP-1在椎间盘突出症患者退变椎间盘组织中表达增加,并与椎间盘突出的程度相关,可能在椎间盘突出症的病理生理过程中发挥重要作用。
Objective. To investigate the expression and clinical significance of interleukin-6, inter- leukin-10 and monocyte chemoattractant protein-l(MCP-1) in degenerate human lumbar intervertebral disc tissues. Methods. The expression of IL-6, IL-10 and MCP-1 in the experimental group (50 degenerate lumbar intervertebral disc tissues of patients with lumbar disc herniation) and control group (20 lumbar intervertebral disc tissues of patients with traumatic lumbar vertebrae) were detected by enzyme-linked im- muno sorbent assay (ELISA) and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results. IL-6, IL-10 and MCP-1 were over-expressed in experimental group compare with control group (P〈0.05). The ex- pression of IL-6, IL-10 and MCP-1 were higher in external annulus rupture type as compared with that in annulus intact type (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The expression inflammatory cytokines IL-6, IL-10 and MCP- 1 increased in the degeneration of intervertebral disc tissue in patients with intervertebral disc herniation, and the expression were associated with the severity of intervertebral disc herniation, which might play an important role in the pathophysiologic process of intervertebral disc herniation.
