介绍长尾理论的含义,讨论其在图书馆信息服务策略方面的应用,包括针对信息资源长尾和信息用户长尾两方面,分析存在的问题并提出解决对策,认为应注重资源整合,加强对图书馆信息服务人员的培训,推动服务模式的转变。
The paper introduces the concept of long tail theory and its application in library information services, including the information resources and information users long tail, analyzes the problems and puts forward relevant solutions. It deems that the resources should be integrated, the training for library information service staffs should be strengthened, the service mode transformation should be promoted.
