摘要
R&D活动是反映一个国家或地区科技水平的重要指标,是促进区域和谐发展的重要力量。区域R&D活动水平的评价对于指导R&D经费与强度的投入有着重要的意义。本文选取12个指标组成指标体系,利用因子分析法对广西各市R&D活动状况进行综合评价,并对综合评价结果进行聚类分析。聚类分析表明柳州、南宁R&D活动状况水平为一类地区,桂林、玉林为二类地区,其他城市为三类、四类地区。最后,探讨了不同区域R&D活动存在差异的原因,提出了相应的对策。
R＆D is an important index to reflect the science and technology level of a country or region,is an important force to promote the harmonious development of region.Evaluation of regional level R＆D activity plays an important role in guiding the R＆D funds with the intensity of investment.This paper selects 12 indicators index system,The use of factor analysis in comprehensive evaluation of Guangxi city R＆D activity,and the comprehensive evaluation results of the cluster analysis.The cluster analysis showed that Liuzhou,Nanning R＆D activity level is the first category,Guilin,Yulin are the second category,other city is the third category and forth category.Finally,by discussing the R＆D activity in different areas of the reasons for the differences,we puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
