摘要
R&D活动是反映一个国家或地区科技水平的重要指标,是促进区域和谐发展的重要力量。区域R&D活动水平的评价对于指导R&D经费与强度的投入有着重要的意义。本文选取12个指标组成指标体系,利用因子分析法对广西各市R&D活动状况进行综合评价,并对综合评价结果进行聚类分析。聚类分析表明柳州、南宁R&D活动状况水平为一类地区,桂林、玉林为二类地区,其他城市为三类、四类地区。最后,探讨了不同区域R&D活动存在差异的原因,提出了相应的对策。
R&D is an important index to reflect the science and technology level of a country or region,is an important force to promote the harmonious development of region.Evaluation of regional level R&D activity plays an important role in guiding the R&D funds with the intensity of investment.This paper selects 12 indicators index system,The use of factor analysis in comprehensive evaluation of Guangxi city R&D activity,and the comprehensive evaluation results of the cluster analysis.The cluster analysis showed that Liuzhou,Nanning R&D activity level is the first category,Guilin,Yulin are the second category,other city is the third category and forth category.Finally,by discussing the R&D activity in different areas of the reasons for the differences,we puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
