含环氧基-乙烯基双官能团齐聚物的树脂合成及性能表征 被引量:1

Synthesis and property characterization of resins containing epoxy-vinylester bifunctional oligomers

摘要 通过设计反应物配比使环氧树脂发生部分开环反应,合成了含有不同比例环氧基-乙烯基双官能团的新型齐聚物的树脂体系。采用环氧值、酸值测定和红外光谱分析探讨了合成反应前后基团变化和产物结构。采用热变形测试、示差扫描量热分析、热重分析、力学和介电性能测试研究了树脂固化产物的性能,并与对应的机械共混体系进行了对比。结果表明,固化产物的热性能类似于机械共混体系,力学性能和介电性能显著提升,优于机械共混体系。 The resins containing different proportion of epoxy - vinylester bifunctional oligomers was synthesized by reactant ratio design to achieve the partial ring opening reaction of epoxy groups. The groups changes before and af- ter the synthetic reaction and structures of products were investigated by the epoxy value test, acid value test and IR analysis. The properties of the cured products were studied by the heat distortion test, differential scanning calorim- etry, thermogravimetric analysis, mechanical and dielectric property testings and compared those of mechanical blending resins. The results showed that the thermal stability of cured products was similar to that of mechanical blending resins. The mechanical and dielectric properties were improved effectively and better than those of mechan- ical blending resins.
