摘要
探讨一种纱线捻度稳定性测试装置及测试方法。针对目前国内外纱线捻度稳定性测试仪器复杂多样,操作方法不规范等问题,利用纱线捻度仪,改造研制成一种纱线捻度稳定性测试装置。分析了测试原理、装置结构以及预加张力、测试速度、悬垂负荷对测试结果的影响,提出了配套的测试步骤以及上述几个测试条件参数的选择方法,并与传统人工手测法进行对比试验。结果表明:该装置所测结果标准差及相对误差值远小于人工手测法,测试结果稳定可靠,数据重现性良好。认为:该装置结构简单,操作简便,可用于实验室和生产中对纱线捻度稳定性的测试与评价。
One yarn twist stability test instrument and method were researched. According to problems of yarn twist stability test instrument, such as complex and diverse and irregular operation, yarn twist tester was modified into yarn twist stability test instrument. Effect of the test principle, structure and pretension, test speed, hanging load on test result were analyzed. Matching test steps and selection of test parameter were put forward. The result was contrasted with traditional manual test method. The result shows that standard deviation and relative error tested by the device are far less than manual test method, the test result is stable, data reproducibility is better. It is considered that the device structure is simple, can be used to test and evaluate yarn twist stability in lab and production.
