摘要
目的了解骨科Ⅰ类切口手术围术期使用抗菌药物的情况,为加强抗菌药物合理使用和规范管理提供依据。方法调查某医院2011年6月-2012年12月骨科Ⅰ类切口手术404例,并对数据进行统计、分析。结果Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用率为52.97%(214/484);其中使用合理的占61.68%,不合理的占38.32%。结论Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物使用存在不合理现象,应加强骨科医师抗菌药物使用的教育培训,加强抗菌药物使用的管理力度。
Objective To analyze the prophylactic use of antibiotics used by orthopedics patients with type I incision during perioperative period, and so as to provide some more evidences for enhancing rational antibiotic usage and standard anti- biotic administration. Methods A total of 404 orthopedics patients with type I incision were chosen from Jun 2011 to Dec 2012. The data of antibiotic usage was collected and analyzed statistically. Results The ratio of antibiotic usage with type I incision was 52.97% （ 214/404 ）, in which the reasonable were 130 cases （ 61.68% ）, the unreasonable were 82 cases （38. 32% ） . Conclusion The prophylactic use of antibiotics by orthopedics patients with type I incision is not all rational. The osteopath should be trained for the antibiotic usage, and the management of antibiotic usage should be strengthened.
