摘要
目的了解六安市医疗机构的消毒工作现状及存在的问题,为提高消毒质量,预防和控制院内感染提供依据。方法选取2010—2011年对六安市24家医疗机构的环境空气、工作台面、使用中消毒液、医务人员手、活检钳、镜腔等清毒效果进行采样监测。结果共检测423份样品,合格率92.4%,2010年检测231份,合格率89.6%,2011年检测192份,合格率95.8%,呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.951,P=0.026)。不同监测对象消毒合格率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.075,P<0.001),其中环境空气的合格率最低,为75%。医疗机构内不同科室、不同地区、级别、医疗机构类型、医疗机构性质的消毒合格率比较差异均无统计学意义。结论六安市医疗机构消毒总体合格率较高,不同检测对象消毒合格率不同,不同地区医疗机构消毒合格率不均衡,应进一步提高消毒质量,以便更有效地预防和控制院内感染。
Objective To investigate the present status and existing problems of disinfection hygiene in medical institutions of Lu＇an City,and to provide an evidence for improving the quality of disinfection,prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods We sampled and monitored the air,work surfaces, disinfectant use, medical personnel hand, biopsy forceps, and mirror cavit of 24 medical institutions in the city during the period 2010-2011. Results The quality rate of the 423 detected samples was 92.4%, compared with 89.6% of the 231 detected samples in 2010 and the rate 95.8% of the 192 detected samples in 2011. The rate of disinfection showed an increasing tendency year by year and the difference was statistically significant among each year（x2= 4. 951,P 0. 026）. There were statistically significant differences in the monitoring results of different testing items （X2= 24. 075,P 〈 0. 001）, among which the eligible rate of the air was the lowest （75%）. Differences in qualified rate of disinfection in different departments, regions,levels, types and the nature of medical institutions were not statistically significant. Conclusions The overall eligible rate of disinfection of medical institutions is high in Lu＇an City. The qualified rates of disinfection of different detection objects were different, and those in different parts of the medical institutions are not balanced, so the quality of disinfection should be improved further for more effective prevention and control of nosocomial infections.
