摘要
探讨了运用PDCA循环提高防火管理工作的可行性。先用因果图、排列图分析出影响防火工作的主要原因,再制定出计划,按计划开展工作,并检查实施结果,对行之有效的措施加以标准化。
The article probed into that feasibility of fireproof management was increased by PDCA recycle. At first, by causality charts and arrange charts, principle causes of the effect on fireproof Were analyzed, the, the plan was made, the work was done, the results were examined, and every measure was standardized.
