摘要
由于钻井技术的进步和目前油气勘探开发的实际要求,深井、超深井及定向井所占比重不断增加。为了满足这种形势的要求,在普通直井和定向井套管强度设计软件的基础上,较全面地研究了深井、超深井套管载荷的特点,综合考虑传统套管设计方法、三轴应力设计方法及套管优化设计方法等,并应用数据库技术,完成了套管强度设计软件的开发研究,它具有普通井、深井、超深井和定向井套管优化设计的诸种功能,并且其输入输出界面支持任意的单位制,便于现场推广应用。
Based on the actual requirements of drilling technology progress and current oil and gas exploration and development, the number of deep well, ultra-deep well and directional well increases continuously. In order to meet these requirements, this paper, on the basis of casing strength design software for normal straight well and directional well, studies all-sidedly characteristics of casing load for both deep well and ultra-deep well, and combines the conventional casing design method, the triaxial stress design method and the casing optimization method. The casing strength design software is developed by applying the database system. The software possesses multifunction in casing optimization design for normal well, deep well, ultra-deep well and directional well. The software will be widely used since its input-output interface supports any unit system.
