摘要
苏通长江公路大桥主塔承台结构几何尺寸规模宏大,混凝土达42 271 m3,位居世界桥梁承台体量之最,为解决超大体积混凝土温度裂纹和收缩裂纹,在已有温控防裂成果的基础上,对超大体积混凝土水化热、绝热温升、收缩等性能进行了一系列试验研究并加以采取温度裂纹综合控制技术,取得了良好的效果,可为其他超大体积混凝土结构工程施工提供借鉴作用。
With the mass scale of 42 271 m3 concrete,the pile cap of Sutong bridge is the largest one in the world.For solving the mass concrete thermal and shrinking cracks problems,based on the recent temperature control achievements, it made series of testing research on capacities of large volume concrete hydration heats, insulation temperature rising and volume shrinking etc.lt also summarized compre- hensive technique of thermal cracks control which had a perfect practical results.So it can be a reference to other large volume concrete structures.
