摘要
采用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为原料,以NaOH为化学活化剂,在不同活化温度下制备出多孔碳材料,用氮气吸附仪测定其BET比表面积、孔径分布及孔容,采用TEM表征多孔碳材料形貌。通过变压吸附法研究了多孔碳吸附剂对二氧化碳的吸附性能,探讨了PVDF/NaOH的质量比对多孔碳材料的孔隙结构及二氧化碳吸附量的影响。实验结果表明,PVDF/NaOH的质量比对多孔碳材料的BET比表面积、孔径分布及孔容有良好的调控作用。当PVDF/NaOH的质量比为4∶1时,其最大BET比表面积为1543m2/g,孔容达0.727cm3/g,常温常压下二氧化碳吸附量为274mg/g。
Porous carbons were successfully prepared by using poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) as carbon precursor and NaOH as activated agents for CO2 adsorption.The effect of PVDF/NaOH ratios on the textural properties and CO2 adsorption property of the prepared porous carbons was studied.The porous carbons were analyzed via N2/77 K adsorption/desorption isotherms and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The results indicated that the prepared porous carbons exhibited high specific surface area (1543 m2/g),high total pore volume (0.727 cma/g),and best CO2 adsorption capacity with 274 mg/g at PVDF/NaOH ratio =4.
