摘要
风荷载是影响塔式起重机这种高耸结构工作性能的关键因素之一,而且随着高度的不断增加,其影响更趋复杂.分析塔式起重机塔身在风荷载作用下的非线性变形问题,得出四点主要结论:第一,有限元分析法求解塔身变形比解析法计算效率高.第二,塔身底部的约束可以进行简化,并且其计算误差随跨数和高度的增加不断减小.第三,塔身跨数对塔身变形(尤其是顶部变形)的影响比底部约束的影响更显著.第四,塔身计算跨数可以少于实际跨数,在一定范围内对塔身顶部最大变形影响不大.提出的近似计算法满足工程精度要求.
The wind loading on tower cranes significantly impacts the performance of tall-latticed structure. With increasing height, the impact becomes more complex. Under wind loading, the nonlinear deformation of tower body is analyzed. To this end, four conclusions are drawn. Firstly, the finite element analysis method possesses higher calculation efficiency than the analytic method for body deformation problem-solving. Secondly, the constraints from tower body bottom can be simplified, whereas the calculation error decreases with increase of span number and height. Thirdly, the impact of span number upon tower body deformation, especially top deformation, is more significant than that of bottom constraints. Lastly, the calculated span number can be lower than the actual span number, while few impact exists towards the maximum top deformation in a certain range. Therein, the approximate calculation method satisfies the engineering precision.
