摘要
目的 了解基层护士对静脉输液使用中输液器点滴系数的认知情况,针对存在的问题进行分析,以便对护士及时进行指导,保证静脉输液治疗的质量.方法 2012年10~11月采用问卷调查方法对基层护士进行问卷调查,了解护士对静脉输液使用中输液器点滴系数的认知情况.结果 80.5%的护士对其使用中的输液器点滴系数的认知与实际不符,在静脉输液时计算输液速度及时间不准确.结论 应加强基层护士静脉输液知识的更新,正确认识使用中输液器的滴系数,使正确进行输液治疗,保证准确用药,提高医疗护理质量,保证医疗安全.
Objective To survey clinical nurses＇ cognitive status of drop coefficients of intravenous transfusion infusions in use and analyze existing problems so as to provide timely guidance and guarantee the quality of intravenous infusion therapy. Methods Survey clinical nurses with questionnaires from Oct. to Nov. 2012, and recognize their cognitive status of drop coeffi- cients of intravenous transfusion infusions in use. Results 80. 5% of the surveyed nurses could not accurately recognize the drop coefficients of infusions in use and wrongly calculate the speed and duration of intravenous infusion. Conclusion The update of intravenous infusion knowledge of clinical nurses should be strengthened in order to guarantee the accurate recognition of drop coef- ficients of infusions in use and the correct infusion therapy ; effective medication and high - quality health care can be offered so that medical safety can therefore be ensured.
