摘要
应用65Zn 示踪技术,研究了微量元素锌在植物- 土壤中的吸收转移及再利用。结果表明:无机态65Zn 施入不同类型的土壤(正常土和缺锌土) 后,植物( 玉米) 对65Zn 的吸收利用率差异极显著,分别为2-04 % 和2-74 % ,有88-84 % 65Zn 残留于土壤和8-77 % 65Zn 淋失。残留于土壤中的65Zn 只有0-14 % 被下茬作物(大麦) 再利用,而大部分则不被根系吸收利用。本文对微量元素锌肥的安全使用问题进行了讨论。
Absorption, transference and re utiligation of zinc in plant soil ecosystem were studied by using radiotracer technique. The sesults from the experiments reveal that the utiligation rate of 65 Zn by maige plant in Zn deficient soil (2 74%) is significorntly different from that in normal soil (2 04%). Among the total amount of 65 Zn applied, 8 77% is washed away and 88 84% is retained in the soil in which only 0 14% is re utiligation by the barley in next yeas. Efficient and safe application of the zinc fertitiger in practice is concerned and discussed.
