摘要 圆锥滚子轴承中滚子与滚道之间的接触状态稳定与否,依赖于滚子由非接触区进入接触区过程中的力矩中心和滚子重心的偏移。采用Herz接触假设和Besineq解分析、计算了圆锥滚子轴承接触的过程,在准静态下分析了凸度滚子廓形曲线对受力的影响。研究表明:在非匀曲率接触情况下,滚子与滚道间的偏载效应影响了滚子运行中的姿态,进而恶化轴承的受力结构。 The contact status of taper roller bearings' roller and raceway's is stable or not relies on the center of moment and gravity shift in the process of roller enters into contact area from the non-contact area. By using Herz contact hypothesis and Besineq solution, it analyzes and calculates the contact process of taper roller bearing. It also analyzes the influence of crowned roller profile curve to stress under the quasi-static condition. The research shows that in non-uniform curvature contact cases, the unbalance loading effect between roller and raceway affects the posture of running roller, and then worsens bearing stress structure.
