摘要
目的:探讨小切口微创医用生物胶封堵术治疗肛瘘的疗效。方法:采用随机对照设计方法,共纳入病例40例,治疗组20例,对照组20例。治疗组用小切口微创医用生物胶封堵术治疗,对照组用传统切开挂线术治疗,进行疗效对比研究。结果:治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,治疗组病程11~23d,平均16.3d。对照组病程14~36d,平均28.6d。两组相比,治疗组平均治愈时间明显缩短(9.0±2.1)d(P〈0.05)。VAS疼指痛数治疗组为2.8,对照组为3.7(P〈0.05)。结论:小切口微创医用生物胶填充封堵术治疗肛瘘对肛门直肠结构和功能的保护明显优于传统方法,具有治愈率高、伤口愈合时间短、肛门组织损伤少、瘢痕面积小、痛苦小等优点,无术后肛门狭窄或大便失禁等后遗症,在治疗和保护肛门功能方面取得了较满意的疗效。
Objective To study the curative effect of small incision minimally invasive medical biological glue filling sealing treatment for anal fistula operation. Methods Randomized controlled design method was used. 40 patients with anal fistula were selected for the treatment group 20 cases and the control group 20 cases The treatment group was treated with small incision minimally invasive surgical treatment of biological glue filling sealing, but the control group was treated with conventional incision hangs line art therapy. The curative effects of two groups were compared and studied Results The curative effect of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group. The course of treatment group was 11-23 days, an average of 16.3 days. The course of control group was 14-36 days, average 28.6 days. Compared with the control group, the average cure time of treatment group was significantly shortened(9.0 ±2.1 days) (P〈 0.05). Index number of VAS pain in the treatment group was 2.8, and that in the control group was 3.7(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The protective effect of small incision minimally invasive medical biological glue filling sealing treatment for anal fistula operation on the structure and function of the anus rectum was remarkably superior to the traditional method, with high cure rate, shorter wound healing time, anal less tissue damage, and the advantages of small scar area, 1 ess pain, and without postoperative anal stricture, fecal incontinence and other sequel. The small incision minimally invasive medical biological glue filling sealing treatment for anal fistula operation had satisfactory curative effect on the treatment and protection of the anal function .
