摘要
研究了wDNTF/wDNAN=55/45二元低共熔物在不同工艺温度下的传爆临界直径和拐角传爆能力,并通过X射线衍射、电镜和显微镜观察分析了在两种不同工艺温度下的结晶差别。结果表明:该二元共熔物在80℃工艺温度下浇注时晶粒细小、质量较好,因此具有较小的临界直径和较好的拐角传爆能力。
The critical diameter of explosive and the detonation capability of DNTF/DNAN eutectic mixture (WDNTF/WDNAN=55/45) under different process temperature were studied. The crystallization difference was researched by using X-ray diffraction, SEM and microscope. The results showed that the grain of samples is small and free under 80℃ process temperature, therefore, the samples have low critical diameter and good performance on the comer booster.
