摘要
阐明了加强学术道德建设是科技期刊的社会责任,分析了学术道德失范的表现形式及其危害,包括剽窃、抄袭、一稿多投、代写论文、伪造和篡改数据、不当署名等,提出了科技期刊应采取的对策。
This paper expounds that strengthening academic morality construction is the social responsibility of sci- tech journals, analyzes the expression form s and hazards of abnormality of academic morality including plagiarism, multiple contributions with one manuscript, essay-writing service, data fabricating and falsifying, and improper attribution, etc., and puts forward some countermeasures that the sci-tech journals should take.
