摘要
唐山中冶天元大厦是典型的复杂结构,其整体分析结果中包含了多项超限指标或接近超限的指标,如扭转不规则、偏心布置、凹凸不规则、楼板不连续、刚度突变、尺寸突变等。结合其结构设计特点,着重介绍了工程的结构选型及分析、地基基础的设计、计算模型的处理以及采取的各项针对性技术措施等。通过采取这些措施以及对结构关键部位选取合适的性能化设计目标,保证了结构安全。
Tangshan Zhongyetianyuan Building is a typical complex structure, the analysis results include some items that exceed the limit or approach the limit, such as torsion irregularity, eccentric layout, re-entrant corners irregularity, diaphragm discontinuity, stiffness mutation, measure mutation, etc.. Combined with the structural design characteristic of building, the select and analysis of the structural type, the design of the foundation and the base, the management of the structural model and the technique measures were emphatically introduced. The seructure safety could be guaranteed by adopting the measures and the performance-based seismic design target to the key members.
