摘要
上海中心大厦外幕墙系统采用分区悬挂的柔性幕墙支撑结构,由于主体结构超高,幕墙支撑结构远离主体结构,尺度巨大,且采用悬挂系统,使其施工建造力学行为复杂。因此在设计阶段针对幕墙结构系统建造的可行性及施工力学行为进行了详细分析,对幕墙支撑结构进行了优化设计。对幕墙支撑结构体系、节点构造的优化设计,以及施工过程对幕墙支撑结构的结构行为的影响进行了详细介绍。相关设计和分析方法可为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。
A unique flexible suspend curtain wall support structure (CWSS) was ultimately developed to suit exterior curtain wall system of Shanghai Tower. Because of the large and varying distance from exterior curtain wall to main structural system, flexible hanging curtain wall support structure system and large scales, the construction mechanical behavior of CWSS was complicated. So in the preliminary design, feasibility of construction and structural behavior of CWSS in construction course were analyzed in detail. And adjustment and optimization were also carried out based on the results. Optimization design of details of joints anti structural system and structural behavior of CWSS in construction course were introduced. Analysis and design method used in this project could be reference for the analysis and design of similar projecls.
