摘要
此次强降水导致特大冰雹山洪泥石流灾害以及巨大的人员财产损失。分析产生暴雨的高空天气系统的特征、层结、云图和雷达强回波,指出本次暴雨过程的强度物理机制,提出应对此类天气情况下的减灾措施。
The heavy precipitation led to the severe flood and debris flow, and huge damages as well. The features, configura tion, cloud picture, and strong radar echo are studied for the upper weather system leading to the storm. The physical intensity mechanism is also pointed out and corresponding damage prevention measures are proposed against such weather.
