摘要 辐射抗扰度是为测试各种装置抵抗电磁辐射的一种能力,测试需要依靠人的主观判断来进行评价。在电子产品检测过程中“主观判断”的基础就是视觉,考虑到高频电磁场对人的健康影响,评测者必需利用试验场中的数字摄像机作辅助。涉及主观评价的检测在自动化程度上总是差强人意。本文设计了一套基于C#与MATLAB联合编程和数字视频技术的自动测试系统:实际运行表明系统可满足质检实验室试验的需求。 Radiation immunity is a kind of ability to test electromagnetic radiation resistance of equipment under test. Test needs to rely on people' s subjective judgment to evaluate. Electronic products EMC tests run with subjective judgment based on human vision, considering the effect of high frequency electromagnetic field on human health, to complete the test must use digital camera as an auxiliary. Auto-Test system is hard to be connected with subjective evaluation. The paper designs a set of automatic test system based on C# and MATLAB combined programming and digital video processing technology;the running result of the system showed it meets the quality inspection laboratory testing requirements .
