摘要
通过对宜昌市1999年居民意外伤害死因构成水平进行分析,结果提示,居民意外伤害死亡占居民死因构成第3位。在意外伤害死因构成中,交通事故、自杀、淹死和机械窒息死亡分别排名第1、2、3位。且年龄分组主要集中在少年儿童和老年人。意外伤害已是一个十分重要的公共卫生问题。
The unexpected injury dead proportion dying of a special cause of Yichang residents in 1999 was analysed, the results showed that the residential unexpected injury death was the first cause in all of the dead causes. Among the unexpected injury dead proportion dying of a special cause,traffic accident suicide,drown and mechanical suffocation were respectively the first,the second and the third cause.The unexpected dead people was mainly youth,children and the old.The above-metioned results indicated that the unexpected injury had been a very important public health question.
