摘要
某企业一台新安装的蒸汽锅炉在试运行期间发生水冷壁爆管事故,经过现场检查,并对爆裂的和非爆裂的水冷壁管取样进行了材料成分分析、金相检验以及硬度测试。通过对其结果的比较和分析得出水冷壁爆管的原因。
An accident of bursting with water cooled wall on a newly installed steam boiler in an enterprise occurred during trial operation period. Material composition analysis, metallographic examination and hardness test of water cooled wall samples with bursting and non bursting were completed after on-site inspection. Bursting causes of water cooled wall was achieved by comparing with results and analysing.
