摘要
目的探讨运用案例分析法对护士进行护理安全教育的方法与效果。方法收集临床护理安全案例,采用病区案例分析会、护士长案例分析会、低年资护士案例分析会引导护士进行案例分析,提出具体改进措施。结果护理不良事件主动报告率提高(P<0.01),护理不良事件发生率降低(P<0.05)。结论实施案例分析法进行安全教育,能提高护士的安全意识,降低不良事件发生率。
Objective To explore the method and effects of cases analysis method in nursing safety management. Methods Measures included collecting clinical nursing safety cases,guiding nurses to analyze the cases through holding cases analysis meeting in wards ,among head nurses and junior nurses,and pro posing the detailed improvement measures. Results The report rate of adverse nursing events was increased （P 〈 0.01 ）, and incidence of adverse nursing events was decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of cases analysis in safety education can improve nurses＂ safety consciousness anti decrease the inci dence of adverse nursing events.
