摘要
目的通过Meta分析探讨患者疼痛教育在缓解癌性疼痛中的应用效果。方法检索中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国学术期刊网络出版总库、Cochrane图书馆、Medline、EMbase、CINAHL等中外数据库,按照纳入与排除标准筛选癌性疼痛管理临床随机对照试验的文献,提取资料并评价实验研究质量,采用Rev Man 5.0统计软件包完成Meta分析。结果共纳入8篇文献,Meta分析显示患者疼痛教育对缓解癌性疼痛差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论患者疼痛教育对缓解癌性疼痛效果有一定的作用,需进一步研究验证。
Objective Through the Meta analysis to explore the effects of patient based pain education program in the management of cancer pain. Methods The randomised controlled trials of management of cancer pain were recruited from databases such as CBMdise, VIP database,Wanfang database, Co chrane library,Medline database, EMbase, CINAHL, etc, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The quality of retrieved studies were assessed and Meta analysis was performed with Revman 5.0 statistical software. Results Eight studies were included. Meta analysis showed than patient based pain edu cation program could relieve cancer pain,the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Patient based pain education program has cer tain eftect on lieving cancer pain, but further research is needed to verify its effects.
