摘要
目的通过检测AR患者血清IgA、IgM、IgG、IgE、IL-4含量,探讨其在中医治疗AR的意义。方法将109例AR患者随机分为2组,治疗组56例采用中医药疗法,对照组53例服用盐酸左西替利嗪片,分别在治疗前、治疗后、3月后进行血清免疫球蛋白、IL-4含量测定和比较;治疗后、3月后进行临床疗效比较。结果 IgA、IgG治疗组治疗后均高于治疗前,且均高于对照组,IgA治疗组3月后高于治疗前,且高于对照组(P均<0.05);2组IgE在治疗后、3月后均低于治疗前,3月后治疗组IgE低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组IL-4治疗后均低于治疗前,治疗组3月后低于治疗前(P均<0.05);临床治疗3月后总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血清IgA、IgG、IgE、IL-4检测指标能够证明中医治疗AR可提高人体免疫力,降低IgE、IL-4,可作为临床治疗的有效参考指标。
Objective To discuss the significance of Chinese herb treatment for allergic rhinitis （AR） by detecting the serum contents of IgA, IgM, IgG, IgE and IL - 4 in AR patients. Methods The 109 AR patients were randomly divided into Chinese herb treatment group （56 cases） and control group（53 cases） treated by levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets. The serum con- tents of immune globulin and IL - 4 were detected and compared in two groups before treatment, after treatment and 3 months af- ter treatment. The clinical curative effect were observed respectively after treatment and after 3 months. Results The semm contents of IgA and IgG in Chinese herb treatment group after treatment were both higher than those before treatment and control group（P 〈 0.05）, while serum IgA content in treatment group after 3 months was higher than that before treatment and control group （P 〈 0.05）. Serum IgE contents of two groups after treatment and after 3 months were both lower than those before treat- ment, and that of treatment group was lower than control group after 3 months （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Serum IL - 4 levels of two groups af- ter treatment were both lower than those before treatment, and that of treatment group after 3 months was lower than that before treatment （P 〈 O. 05）. Comparing two clinical outcomes, the overall curative effect of treatment group was better than control group after 3 months （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Detection of serum immune globulin and interleukin - 4 proves that Chinese herb treatment can improve the immunity of AR patients, and decrease of IgE and IL - 4 can be taken as the effective indicators of clinical AR treatment.
