摘要
国民性转变与社会变革的关联问题是近代中国的焦点话题之一,国民性转变与提升是现代中国软实力的重要构成元素。相对于其他国民性形成路径,如体制适应、族群文化濡化与国民自觉而言,国民教育参与着国民性的形成与提升,并在这一过程中发挥着奠基、引领、调控的功能。在助推国民性进化中,现代国民教育肩负着四重使命,即借助传统教育、时代教育、国族教育与国际教育来加速积极、健康、优秀国民性在民众身上的形成。
The relation of nationality change to society reformation is one of the key issues in modem Chinese, and change and lifting of nationality is an important element in Chinese soft power. In contrast to other construction path, such as systematical adaptation, ethnic cultural acquisition and self-awareness. National education participates the construction and lifting of uationality in which it functions as a foundation, a guide and a curb. In the process of evolution of nationality, modern national ed- ucation has four missions which are speeding positive, healthful and excellent nationalities in the masses with the aid of traditional education, contemporary era education, national education and international education.
