摘要
利用有限元分析软件,对外压作用下,釜式换热器中的偏锥圆筒组合进行失稳分析,比较了没有加强圈的与有加强圈的偏锥圆筒组合的失稳模式、临界压力。加强圈明显提高了外压偏锥圆筒组合的临界压力,加强圈对筒锥连接处起到了很好的支撑作用。对于外压作用下的单一偏锥,按GB 150—2011计算的临界压力值远小于按有限元计算的临界压力值。
This paper carries out a stability failure analysis on eccentric cone cylinder combination of kettle-type heat exchanger under external pressure by applying finite element analysis software.It makes a comparison between the stability failure modes and critical pressure of the eccentric cone cylinder combination with or without stiffening ring.And the stiffening ring obviously enhances the critical pressure of the eccentric cone cylinder combination under external pressure and it plays a better role in supporting the conjoint part of the cylinder.For the single eccentric cone under external pressure,the critical pressure value calculated according to GB 150—2011 is far less than the one calculated by the FEA software.
