摘要
目的:探讨不同品种葶苈子对H22荷瘤小鼠动物模型的影响。方法:观察不同品种葶苈子对H22荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的抑瘤率、生命延长率、肝体比、肺体比、胸腺指数、脾指数以及用药前后的体重变化等指标的影响。结果:南北葶苈子的抑瘤作用与荷瘤对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);南北葶苈子与顺铂合用组与单用顺铂组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:葶苈子具有一定的抑瘤作用;与顺铂合用,可以明显对抗顺铂对肺的损伤和对机体的免疫抑制作用,具有显著的减毒增效作用。
Objective ： To investigate anti - tumor effects of Tinglizi of different varieties on mice bearing H22 Tumor. Method： Model of transplanting tumor of H22 sarcoma was founded to observe anti - tumor rate, prolonging survival rate, liver- body ratio,lung -body ratio, chest gland - -body ratio and spleen -body ratio of Tinglizi. Result：Tinglizi groups had difference compared with collate group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Tinglizi combined with DDP groups had significant difference（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：Tinglizi has certain restrain tumor effect, indicating Tinglizi could reduce damn of body by DDP, protect immunity of body, depress side - effect of DDP, increase the effect and reduce the poisonous action of DDP.
