摘要
目的观察六味地黄丸对TNF-α、IL-6表达水平的影响及糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏的保护机制的研究。方法复制DN大鼠模型,将其分为正常组、模型组、治疗组(六味地黄丸高、中、低剂量组及罗格列酮组),全自动生化分析仪测大鼠肾功能、考马斯亮蓝法测24 h尿蛋白量情况,Elisa法检测血清中TNF-α、IL-6的水平,同时用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定空腹血糖(FBG)。结果六味地黄丸高、中剂量组及罗格列酮组大鼠24 h尿蛋白量、血Scr、BUN均低于模型组(P<0.01),且高剂量组疗效与与罗格列酮组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);同时各治疗组TNF-α表达水平较模型组下调(P<0.01),其中六味地黄丸高剂量组与罗格列酮组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而六味地黄丸高、中剂量组和罗格列酮组IL-6在肾脏的表达均高于模型组(P<0.01),且高剂量组和罗格列酮缬组在表达上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论六味地黄丸可用于治疗早期糖尿病肾病,对肾脏有保护作用,机制可能与其能抑制DN大鼠肾脏中TNF-α、IL-6的激活有关。

Conchmion the Liuwei Dihuang pill can be used for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy, and has a protective effect on the kidney, the mechanism may be related to the inhibition of the DN rat kidney of TNF -αt, IL - 6 activation.
