饲料添加砷制剂对小鼠铁吸收的影响 被引量:2

Effects of diet supplement roxarsone on iron absorption in mice

摘要 为探讨饲料中添加砷制剂对小鼠铁吸收的影响,45只小鼠被随机分为3组,各组在基础日粮中分别添加0,40,80mg/kg砷(以洛克沙胂形式),试验期30d。试验结束后,收取各组粪便和组织器官测定铁含量。结果显示,与对照组相比,40mg/kg砷组铁表观吸收率提高14.57%,80mg/kg砷组铁表观吸收率则降低了14.93%;40mg/kg砷组小鼠肝脏、肾脏、脾脏、小肠和腿肌铁含量显著升高(P<0.05),80mg/kg砷组则显著降低(P<0.05);但两组分别于停砷后5,7d,组织器官铁恢复正常水平。这表明40mg/kg砷水平可促进铁的吸收,相反80mg/kg砷水平则抑制铁的吸收。 To explore the effects of arsenate on iron absorption in mice, forty-five mice were ran domly divided into 3 groups which were fed on basal diet supplemented with 0,40,and 80 mg/kg roxarsone (ROX) respectively. Thirty days later,feces and tissue samples of each group were col lected. Compared with the control group,the group fed with 40 mg/kg ROX increased by 14.57o/4o of iron apparent absorption;in opposition,the iron apparent absorption rate decreased by 14.93% when treated with 80 mg/kg ROX. Iron contents of liver,kidney,spleen,intestine,and thigh mus-cle were significantly increased as treated with 40 mg/kg ROX; in opposition, iron contents of those were significantly decreased as treated with 80 mg/kg ROX. However, iron contents of or-ganic tissues in both groups returned to normal levels at 5 or 7 days after withdraw ROX. Diet supplemented with 40 mg/kg ROX can enhance iron absorption,while 80 mg/kg ROX can reduce iron absorption.
