摘要
为探讨豫西丘陵旱地脱毒甘薯的生长规律和其增产机理 ,对脱毒甘薯的地上和地下部生长动态、T/R值及病毒病发生等进行了研究。结果表明 ,脱毒苗茎叶生长快 ,光合面积大 ,光合能力强。栽后 50d ,脱毒原原种苗、原种苗茎叶鲜重分别为 5 6 9t/hm2 和 5 6 4t/hm2 ,分别比对照增产 34 5%和 33 3% ;叶面积系数分别为 0 99和 0 94 ,明显高于对照 (0 81)。脱毒苗地下部块根膨大早 ,膨大快。栽后 50~ 70d ,原原种苗、原种苗膨大速度均为 0 18t/hm2 ·d ,比对照高2 6 0 0 % ,脱毒苗T/R值进展合理 ,整个生育期都明显低于对照 ,且病毒病发生晚 。
The growth laws and high yielding mechanism of virus free sweetpotato on hilly dryland in the west of Henan are discussed based on the study of growth development of vines and root,T/R ratio,occurrence of virus.Compared to control,the result showed that vines of virus free sweetpotato grew rapidly,had larger photosynthesis area and intensity,vines fresh weight of original stock and stock cutting of virus free sweetpotato was 5.69 t/hm 2 and 5.64 t/hm 2 at 50 days after transplanting,increased by 34.5% and 33.3% respectively,LAI was 0.99 and 0.94,increased evidently,its root expanded early and more rapidly,both original stock and stock were 0.18 t/hm 2·d at 50-70 days after transplanting,increased by 260.0%, T/R ratio was rational and lower in growth and development period,virus occurred later and more lighter.
