摘要
以5B02薄壁管材为研究对象,进行330℃、380℃、400℃各保温1小时、2小时的退火实验。通过对不同试样进行拉伸实验发现:经过380℃,2小时退火的试样塑性变形能力优于其他5组退火试样以及原始管材。通过对不同样品进行表面形貌及织构观察,发现不同退火制度对管材内部织构有明显影响,并导致材料塑性变形过程中滑移系种类及数量有所变化,使得管材拉伸性能出现变化。
In this paper the thin-walled pipes of 5B02 aluminum alloy were annealed at 330 ℃ ,380 ℃, 400 ℃ and tensile properties were tested. The results show that the plastic deformation capability of the sam- ple which annealed at 380 ℃/2h is better than other five samples and original pipes. Comparing the appear- ance and the texture in these six samples, it was discovered that the different annealing treatments had differ- ent effects on the texture of pipes, and made the kinds and the numbers of slip systems change during the plastic deformation. Then the tension properties were changed.
