摘要
在对客运班车、旅游班车、普通货车、危险品运输车、出租车和公交车等主要营运汽车驾驶不适宜性的特征、问题及现行管理政策分析的基础上;从提高培训质量、引入甄别技术、驾驶适宜性提升、保持与恢复等角度对驾驶适宜性的企业管理策略进行深入剖析,并详细给出了相关策略建议。
The reasons for inadaptability which lies in pas- senger vehicle, tourism vehicle, cargo vehicle, dangerous cargo vehicle, taxi and bus were analyzed. Then the strategy and suggestion from the points of improving training quality, introducing discrimination technology and improving, main- raining and resuming driving adaptability were deeply ana- lyzed and offered. And the achievement of this paper is loo- king forward to doing some help to the area of driving adapt-ability in profession.
